Refund, Resend and Returns

Dispute, Refund, and Resend Policy – OrderTrendingHub

At OrderTrendingHub, we aim for total transparency. As we coordinate directly with global suppliers, we have established this policy to manage expectations and resolve issues regarding shipping, damages, and returns.

1. Delivery Delays & Non-Receipt

An order is considered “delayed” or “lost” if it exceeds the following timeframes after the shipping date:

  • USA / Europe: 45 days.
  • Rest of the World: 60 days (excluding specific regions like Brazil: 110 days).
  • Note: If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing, please contact your local post office. A refund requires an official non-delivery certificate from the carrier.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, OrderTrendingHub offers a refund or a resend:

  • Significant Damage: Full refund or free replacement.
  • Minor Damage: (e.g., slight scratches, crushed packaging) Partial refund or discount coupon.
  • Evidence: You must send clear photos or videos to info@ordertrendinghub.com within 7 days of delivery.

3. Incorrect or Missing Items

  • Wrong Item: Full refund or resend of the correct product.
  • Incorrect Size/Color: If we made the error, we offer a refund/resend. If the customer ordered the wrong variant, return costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Missing Parts: Resend of the parts or partial refund.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled for free only if they have not yet been processed by the supplier’s warehouse. Once “In Process” or “Shipped,” cancellation is no longer possible.

5. Return Policy (Important Notice)

Products can be returned to partner warehouses in China only. However, we strongly discourage returning products for the following reasons:

  • High Costs: International shipping fees often exceed the product’s value.
  • Long Transit: It takes at least 3 months for returns to arrive at the China warehouse.
  • High Risk: Most returns are lost in transit or arrive damaged, which results in a rejected refund.

If you still choose to return an item:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
  • You must contact us first at info@ordertrendinghub.com for specific instructions.

6. Unacceptable Disputes

We cannot accept disputes for:

  • Change of Mind: “I don’t like it” or “I don’t need it anymore.”
  • Incorrect Address: Shipping failures due to wrong information provided by the customer.
  • Customs: Packages held or taxed by local customs (these are the buyer’s responsibility).
